Shared telemarketer network

The Callers' Consortium™

A shared SMS opt-out list and verbal DNC list, built from real dialer outcomes. One team's opt-out becomes every member's warning — before the next dial.

Four signals the registries miss

SMS opt-out & dispute

STOP replies, hostile responses and threats reported by member SMS campaigns.

Verbal DNC & call conflict

Consumers who told an agent not to call again, or escalated a call.

Disconnected & inactive lines

Numbers member dialers found disconnected or out of service.

Unstable & intermittent lines

Lines that rang back once and stopped, or only connect intermittently.

How signals reach your scans

  1. 1Member teams report call and text outcomes as they happen.
  2. 2Signals are verified, normalized and attached to the phone number.
  3. 3Every TCPA Firewall scan — app, bulk CSV or API — checks the Consortium.
  4. 4Flagged numbers show the signal so your team can suppress or review them.

Signals that never expire

A revoked consent doesn't stop being true after a year. Consortium signals stay attached to the number, while ordinary screening results refresh on your next scan once they age out.

  • Included in every scan
  • Shared data for call centers, SMS and voice-AI teams
  • Visible in app, CSV exports and API

Frequently asked questions

What is the Callers' Consortium™?

A network of telemarketing teams that report call and text outcomes — SMS opt-outs, verbal do-not-call requests, disconnected and unstable lines — to TCPA Firewall. Those signals are checked in every scan.

Is this a replacement for the National DNC Registry?

No. It adds signals the registry doesn't capture, like a consumer telling an agent to stop calling or replying STOP to a text. Keep following your own DNC obligations.

Do Consortium signals expire?

No. A revoked consent or a reported disconnection is historical evidence, so these signals stay on the number until they're updated.

Does it cost extra?

No. Consortium signals are included in every scan at the normal one credit per completed scan.

Is this legal advice?

No. Signals help you prioritize review; they don't determine whether a call is permitted. Not legal advice.
