Terms of Service
1. The service
TCPA Firewall provides phone screening, reported carrier, line type and number-region information. Results reflect the lists and data available at lookup time.
2. No compliance guarantee
A screening result does not establish consent, ownership, reachability, an active line, or compliance with the TCPA or any other law. You remain responsible for your outreach.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid in USD. One credit is consumed per completed screening. Refunds and disputes are reviewed case by case. [Owner to complete refund policy.]
